The existing surface is pulverized to the desired depth. This depth was determined by the development of a design by a qualified geotechnical firm or Engineer based on existing site conditions
Once pulverized, breakdown compaction is performed to achieve a consitent material density throughout the reclaimed material
The material is initially shaped utilizing a motor grader. During this initial grading operation, drainage profiles can be altered to correct any pre-existing drainage conditions
If the project design calls for stabilization agents, they are added next. These agents can be cement, lime, lime kiln dust, bitumen or a combination of any of the materials.
Once mixed, a pad foot roller is then used to insure integral contact between all materials
